Leavesden Studios, once an airport and engine factory has now been
transformed solely into the Harry Potter studios. Although most scenes are
filmed under the old hangers, there is frequently building work going on
around the grounds like Hagrid's cabin and Privet drive. But when you visit
it is purely pot luck what you can see and you will need a good camera to
spy over the fences. |

New for April 2008 is an update on the filming taking place
at Leavesden Studios for Harry Potter And The Half Blood
Prince. We know they have filmed Dumbledore’s death and the
Quidditch has also been filmed, which might explain why the
cranes are now gone. We also know that the Malfoy’s house is
under construction. |
